Introduction

ISG was appointed by Abu Dhabi Capital Group to fit out an Arabic fine dining restaurant, Zahira, locatedon the first floor oft H Hotel in Dubai.

The project

Spanning 5,000 sq ft, the restaurant accommodates over 180 guest in the restaurant

ISG successfully delivered a complete fit out of the seated restaurant, including the lounge area and cocktail bar along with a massive back of house area comprising a pastry section, large cook section, cold preparation section, fish and meat prep, cold room, and plating section
