Overview

ISG completed Olea, an all day dining restaurant, at the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. The 7,000 sq ft restaurant boasts a large commercial kitchen, show kitchen and support pantry as well as an outdoor dining terrace that overlooks Dubai's city skyline.

The project

The modern and contemporary fit out entailed extending the existing back of house kitchen and bar onto a terrace area to increase the internal floor space. The Levantine restaurant now includes an elegant and spacious dining area, an outdoor terrace and a shisha bar. The project was also completed and handed over to our customer 4 weeks early.
